Less than two weeks till Christmas.
D A Y S.
I think I even shocked myself when I realised how little time there is left to prepare and how behind I am in productivity this year.
I’ve bought most of my presents but that’s about as far as I’ve achieved. As I’ve somehow gained a life somewhere along the bumpy road to becoming a sociable adult, my mind and my agenda has been elsewhere and now I’m stuck in a panic as mid December crept upon me in a flash.
I’ve only just put my tree and decorations up. I’ve not even decided on my gift wrapping theme, never mind thought about actually wrapping the familial bits and pieces. My Instagram is seriously lacking festive murals, the shops are letting me down with their pretty trimmings and I’ve hardly even considered the content I’m aiming to muster up in the final build up to the big day (which is mainly because I was busy with my re-brand, but still.)
Luckily, Christmas jumpers never let me down on my annual yearly hunt and there’s plenty to suit my modified style that seems to only go down the route of tassels, retro graphics, and stars, nowadays.
I picked up a cutesy sweatshirt in H&M the other day for a bargain £6.99 specifically for a panto this weekend so hopefully by then I’ll be feeling a lot more like Buddy The Elf than Ebenezer Scrooge (sold out now but here’s the link just in case you want to keep checking.)
This twelve part collection I gathered together are all affordable and adorable which of course makes the optimum combo.
Whether you want to add some comedy, some animal fever, or just some standard snugness into your yuletide musings, then you don’t have to look far to get your fix – and all in time for the official Christmas Jumper Day on Friday.
Have you bagged yours?
